Your new role As a Principal Business Analyst, you will play a key role in a large-scale CRM transformation program, helping to improve engagement at critical moments across the customer journey. You will lead business and solution analysis activities, work closely with program, business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories. Your responsibilities include facilitating workshops, mapping current and future-state processes, contributing to solution design and supporting testing and change activities to ensure successful delivery and adoption. This is a highly visible role in a complex, multi-project environment where you'll influence both business process improvements and technology outcomes.
