This role involves all aspects of general Butchering: slicing, dicing, band-saw work, catering, portion-cutting, mixing/mincing, boning, portion-cutting, order preparation, sausage making, window preparation, and other general butchering miscellaneous duties as well. Applicants must be flexible with their work hours and be able to start work early in the morning, and have their own transport to and from work.
