Contract or casual arrangement and competitive remuneration. Responsibilities Lead recruitment, sourcing, and selection to support the workforce plan. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation and records management. Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and site leaders to deliver a responsive, high-quality HR service. Contribute to HR and IR projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Actively uphold company policies and compliance standards across all work. Qualifications Qualification or training in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations, and/or equivalent experience. White card desirable. Minimum 2 years in sourcing, selection and onboarding processes; civil construction experience is a bonus. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems. Sound knowledge of the HR employee lifecycle, human resource practices, NES, awards, and enterprise agreements. Ability to implement HR and IR programs ensuring adoption by site leaders. Confident communicator who can negotiate and collaborate with leaders at all levels. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive people matters.
