This is a Manager Project Delivery role with RAC WA based in West Perth, WA, AU RAC WA Role Seniority - mid level, senior More about the Manager Project Delivery role at RAC WA Purpose of the Role Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale tourism asset projects, from planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover. This role ensures successful outcomes across time, cost, and quality by coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors. This role will initially be dedicated to supporting the delivery of a portfolio-critical project currently under construction, with a gradual transition to managing the delivery of numerous other projects in some of WA's most beautiful locations over the short to medium term. As part of our development team, you will play an integral role in bringing family-friendly accommodation to life across these sought-after locations, delivering exceptional value back to our members. Bringing your blended design coordination, project management and construction site experience, this role will suit someone with a consulting or contracting background who is looking for a hands-on role. This role requires an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. In this role, you will: Role model RAC’s LEAD behaviours Place members at the centre of decision-making Contribute to a safer, more sustainable and connected WA Align actions with RAC’s purpose and values Key Responsibilities Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of existing tools, systems and processes used to deliver projects up to $60M in value Identify and implement improvements across all various project stages including planning, design management and coordination, procurement and construction management along with all associated project controls Ensure consistency and alignment across all project delivery practices.
