We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our client's team in Welshpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson to work within a dynamic and safety-focused environment. This roles offers a rotating roster (days, afternoon and night shifts) across a Monday to Sunday period with a pay rate of $65.00 per hour (inclusive of casual loading). About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality mechanical maintenance across our operations. Your key duties will include: Performing preventative and predictive maintenance Responding to equipment breakdowns and fault finding Carrying out repairs and improvement works Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment reliability About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade Previous experience in a similar maintenance role (preferred) Exposure to preventative maintenance systems Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance Roster & Hours This role operates on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday , including: Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want to.
