About the Role Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to make your mark in the healthcare sector? We are looking for an energetic Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career to take ownership of our quality systems and help us maintain gold-standard care. Working closely with our senior leadership, you will be the "guardian of the standards." You won't just be filling out forms; you’ll be performing gap analyses, improving our digital document systems, and ensuring we stay ahead of RACGP, ISO 9001, and Mental Health accreditation requirements. What You’ll Be Doing Systems Support : Maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring all policies are up-to-date and version-controlled. The "Gap Finder" : Conducting regular internal "mini-audits" across our services to identify where we can improve our procedures before the big accreditation dates arrive. Accreditation Lead-Up : Coordinating the evidence and documentation required for RACGP and Mental Health standard reviews. Continuous Improvement : Managing our Improvement Register and following up with team leaders to ensure corrective actions are actually completed. Staff Engagement : Acting as a helpful point of contact for staff who need guidance on compliance processes or new documentation. About You You might be a recent Health Science/Management graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clinical support role. To thrive here, you need: An "Eagle Eye" : You spot the missing signature or the outdated logo that everyone else misses. Process-Driven : You love a good checklist and feel a sense of accomplishment when a project is organised and "audit-ready." Tech-Savvy : You are comfortable learning new software and managing digital filing systems. Curiosity : You aren't afraid to ask "Why do we do it this way?" and suggest a better, more compliant alternative. Why You’ll Love Working With Us Maximise Your Take-Home Pay : As a Not-for-Profit, we offer Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 for living expenses $2,650 for meals/entertainment). This can increase your take-home pay by thousands of dollars each year compared to a standard corporate role. Career Mentorship : Work directly with senior leaders who will help you master the complexities of Australian health standards. Real Impact : Your work directly ensures that our patients and clients receive safe, high-quality care. Ready to apply?
