InCasa Aged Care & Community Services is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse commencing immediately. You will be responsible for leading person-centred care, supporting our nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being for our clients. About the Role: Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care through comprehensive clinical assessment and care planning. Review clinical documentation including ACAT assessments to inform care decisions. Develop, implement and evaluate individualised evidence-based care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Initiate early interventions and coordinate appropriate clinical referrals as needed. Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation for all client care activities. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure care delivery aligns with client needs and service plans. Provide indirect supervision and guidance to Enrolled Nurses through care plan and documentation review. Work both autonomously and remotely where appropriate, while maintaining accountability to the Registered Nurse Team Leader. Ensure all practices align with InCasa policies, Aged Care Quality Standards, and privacy legislation. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality care and positive client outcomes.
