We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Rehab/Medical Ward team at Figtree Private Hospital on a Permanent Part Time basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse [EN – No Notations] to specialise Rehabilitation/Medical ward care. The ideal candidate will be confident with managing their own patient load, medicating, ADL's, admission & discharge process, documentation, and escalating care processes. As a member of our clinical team, you will plan, deliver and evaluate care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders, ensuring a high standard of quality service is provided. In this role you will: Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse across the rehabilitation ward and general medical outliers . Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with your scope of practice , including IV medication administration . Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards. About You You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse [IV Qualified where required] (essential). Minimum 1-2 years’ recent experience in an acute medical/hospital setting Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety.
