The role Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind both brands — producing content that’s bold, purposeful, and a genuine step above what people expect from a health and wellness provider. This isn’t a role for someone who waits to be told exactly what to do. We want a self-starter who brings ideas, uses every tool available — including AI — and genuinely cares about the quality of what they produce. You’ll work predominately at our large Welland (Adelaide Active) facility and our Therabees locations at Joslin and Paralowie from time to time - on a casual basis approximately 3 days per week to start. What you’ll be doing Designing and producing standout content for social media, digital campaigns, print, signage and events Attention grabbing and high-converting social media ad creatives Email marketing graphics Developing creative concepts from brief through to delivery — with room to push boundaries and try things differently Building and maintaining branded collateral across both Adelaide Active and Therabees Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and creative direction Shooting and editing photography or short-form video when the opportunity arises Using the full range of tools at your disposal to produce work that genuinely wows What we’re looking for Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design. Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing, content, or graphic design role. Demonstrated experience in graphic design and content creation Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva Someone who thinks creatively, not just technically — you see the brief and immediately start imagining what it could be Comfortable working independently and managing your own time across multiple projects A portfolio of experience that shows range, originality and genuine craft Bonus points for experience in photography, short-form video, motion graphics, or experience with AI creative tools What you get A genuinely supportive team culture — warm, collaborative and real Creative freedom and a seat at the table — your ideas are very welcome here Meaningful work across two purpose-driven allied health brands making a difference every day Flexible casual hours across three great locations for the right candidate The chance to help shape the visual identity of brands that are actively growing We set you up to do your best work — full stop.
