Job Info Location: PERTH, WA Salary: $60,001 - $80,000 Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description The opportunity: We are looking for a Company Accountant to join our finance team, reporting to the Finance & Office Manager. This is a broad role spanning financial reporting, compliance, multi-entity accounting, and business analysis, offering genuine end-to-end exposure and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to how the business is managed and directed. Your responsibilities: Financial reporting & month-end Maintain accurate general ledger records across multiple entities, ensuring data integrity and consistency Prepare and deliver monthly management reports including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Oversee and perform bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany reconciliations to support timely month-end and year-end close Support multi-entity consolidation and intercompany reconciliation processes Budgeting, forecasting & business analysis Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and investigation of key performance drivers Monitor cash flow and financial performance across entities, providing insights and recommendations to management Apply business analysis skills to identify trends, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Compliance & payroll oversight Administer payroll and ensure compliance with PAYG withholding and superannuation obligations Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS, ensuring GST and regulatory compliance under relevant supervision Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to support year-end reporting and audit processes Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of supplier and customer queries Process improvement & operational support Identify and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls Support procurement and expense allocation processes across multiple entities Provide financial and operational support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities What you bring: Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting role Degree in Accounting or Finance Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel Experience in a multi-entity environment Exposure to business or financial analysis Sound understanding of Australian compliance GST, PAYG, and superannuation Strong attention to detail with solid time management skills A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Why join us: We are a dynamic and growing IT solutions provider dedicated to delivering high-quality services to clients across various industries Our company culture is built on innovation, teamwork, and a passion for technology We take pride in fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment where individual growth and achievement are celebrated, built on trust and transparency Broad role with real end-to-end accounting exposure across multiple entities Meaningful contribution to a business that puts clients first Work arrangement: This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, based at our Perth CBD office.
