The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Learning & Culture Coordinator to join a highly regarded national business on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role. Based in the Perth CBD office, this role will see you supporting the coordination and delivery of training initiatives across the business through a well-established internal learning platform. Working closely with a collaborative and supportive Learning & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring training programs run smoothly and employees remain engaged throughout the process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination and organisational skills who enjoys working with people, managing moving parts and creating a positive learning experience.
