We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a participant located in Toronto, NSW. This role will commence with approximately 8 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours in the future. About the Participant The participant is looking for a support worker who can provide person-centred support while building a positive and trusting relationship. Duties and support requirements will be discussed further with suitable candidates based on the care notes provided. Key Responsibilities Provide daily living and community support Assist with social and emotional wellbeing Support participant independence and engagement in activities Maintain professional and respectful communication Follow participant care plans and support requirements Requirements Female support worker (participant preference) Previous disability support or community care experience preferred Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate Working With Children Check (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature Location Toronto NSW Hours Approximately 8 hours per week initially Flexible shifts to be discussed If you are passionate about supporting individuals to live independently and improve their quality of life, we would love to hear from you.
