The Role Drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships by delivering tailored window and door solutions that meet client needs – while growing market share and profitability! Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual budget Expand brand presence and market share within the residential windows and doors sector Partner with Branch Managers and Sales Teams to achieve business objectives Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports Provide exceptional customer service and project support, ensuring a seamless client experience Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders About You Strong computer skills, including MS Office; experience with Oracle and V6 quoting is highly regarded. Confident in generating and analysing reports to support business needs Previous sales experience of at least 2 years.
