Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is a great opportunity for apprentices into their late 1st year or 2nd year of their apprenticeship! Duties: Fabricate and assemble metal structures from technical drawings Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various materials Work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium Measure, mark, and prepare materials for accurate fabrication Complete basic fabrication of structural steel and equipment (e.g. conveyors, hoppers) Maintain quality standards and a safe, clean workshop environment Skills and responsibilities: Must be at least a first year apprentice or 2nd year, Ability to work in a team environment Basic welding or fabrication experience highly regarded Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures Drivers Licence and reliable transport 40 hours per week with a monthly RDO Apply now!
