Job description The Company: An award-winning and highly established volume home building company, based in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with a total team count of 55 full-time staff and building approximately 120 homes per year with average contract values ranging from $900k-$1.5m are looking to hire an experienced Tender Presenter to join their growing team based in their stunning and modern South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne office. Homes built by the business can range from Greenfield and Knockdown-Rebuild Projects. The Opportunity: This is a key client-facing role sitting between Sales, Estimating and Drafting, where you’ll guide clients through the tender and design review process while ensuring accuracy, communication and momentum through to contract stage. The role would suit someone from a pre-site coordination, tender presentation or customer service background within residential construction who enjoys working directly with clients and being heavily involved in the full pre-construction experience. This role is all about creating a seamless and professional customer experience through the tender and pre-site phase. You’ll be responsible for presenting tenders, explaining inclusions and upgrade options, coordinating design review outcomes, managing client communication and ensuring all documentation and pricing updates are captured accurately before contracts are issued. You’ll work closely with internal drafting, estimating and sales teams to ensure clients feel informed, confident and supported throughout the journey. Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm, full-time working in an entirely office-based role.
