In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, professional communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting our organisation's operational needs. Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities with vendors and service providers Manage facility service contracts, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring Schedule and manage facility usage, including conference rooms, parking, and common areas Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building code regulations Track and manage facility-related budgets, including maintenance costs and capital expenditures Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from employees Maintain accurate facility documentation, records, and asset inventories Coordinate cleaning, janitorial, and landscaping services Support office moves, space planning, and reconfiguration projects Prepare facility reports and communicate status updates to management Manage office supplies and equipment inventory levels.
