You’ll coordinate care across services, guide junior staff and help shape service improvement, all while making a genuine difference to patient outcomes. • Deliver specialist nursing care and rapid clinical assessment • Plan, implement and review care within scope of practice • Escalate clinical concerns in line with clinical frameworks • Coordinate care across outpatient, inpatient and community services • Support early diagnosis, symptom control and safe care transitions • Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams • Guide and support less experienced nursing staff • Contribute to service improvement, audits and data collection • Liaise with external agencies to support patient care About You You’re a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.
