MUST HAVE - Essential Experience: · Minimum two (2) years (full-time) relevant industry experience · Minimum two (2) years’ experience delivering training in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) MUST HAVE - Essential Qualifications: · Diploma or higher qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Youth Work, Mental Health, Community Development or related area. · Certificate IV Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent as allowed for by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Key Accountabilities and Expected Outcomes: Conduct competency‑based assessment for all units within CHC52025 using approved assessment tools. Mark submitted assessments in accordance with RTO policies and training package requirements. Ensure all assessment decisions are valid, reliable, fair, and flexible . Provide constructive, timely feedback to learners on assessment outcomes. Validate the authenticity of learner work and follow Key 2 Learning College procedures for academic integrity. Participate in assessment validation and moderation activities. Provide guidance to learners on assessment requirements and expectations. Identify learners requiring additional support and refer them to appropriate services. Maintain professional, supportive communication with learners throughout the assessment process.
