You will provide support to the surgical, Women's and Allied Health Specialists by managing clinic sessions and liaising with other units regarding delivery and collection of patients details and clinical documentation. About us: You will be working collaboratively across the Specialist Outpatient Unit to provide effective and efficient administrative support that ensures best patient outcomes. The successful staff member must have ability to work on a flexible roster through several shifts and areas within the Specialist Outpatient Unit. About your opportunity: In this position you will… Liaise with other units regarding delivery and collection of patient details, and other clinical documentation in preparation for outpatient services. Answer queries and provide accurate information to patients, visitors and staff accessing the unit in relation to Queensland Health policy and procedures. Provide a quality client service including liaising with staff, public and private patients, carers and external agencies as required in a confidential manner.
