About the Role As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating clinical care and leading frontline teams to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality support. You’ll balance hands-on clinical responsibilities with leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical and personal care Lead, mentor, and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers Develop and maintain person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents and families Coordinate assessments and ensure AN-ACC requirements are met Monitor clinical practice through audits and drive continuous improvement Promote a safe, welcoming and home-like environment Liaise with families, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders About You We’re looking for a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced aged care environment.
