The Role This is a permanent, full-time Service Advisor position , where you’ll be the face of our service department. Key responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting guests during service drop-off Creating a standout customer experience from start to finish Processing service invoices and payments at collection Liaising with the workshop manager to clearly communicate customer concerns Assisting customers with service and warranty enquiries Supporting warranty claims and ensuring manufacturer compliance Liaising with our Warranty clerk regarding warranty repairs and approvals Preparing repair orders and reconciling accounts What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Proven experience as a Service Advisor (dealership experience highly regarded) Strong customer service skills — in person, phone, and written High attention to detail and accuracy A problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help customers Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team Experience with Auto-IT / Units (highly regarded) Current driver’s licence Professional, reliable, and punctual approach Must have valid Australian work rights for this position.
