Job Description: As a Wet Pour Rubber Layer, you will be responsible for the precise installation of wet pour rubber surfaces according to project specifications and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. We're seeking to grow our On-Site Team and are on the lookout for individuals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality results and prioritise being supportive and dependable colleagues above all else. You do not need to have wet pour rubber laying experience, as onsite training will be provided. Responsibilities: Mix and apply wet pour rubber materials accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coverage and thickness. Use specialised tools and techniques to spread, smooth and finish wet pour rubber surfaces to meet design and safety requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects within specified timelines. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including proper storage and care of materials, tools and equipment. Requirements: Standard work hours: 5am - 2:30pm Experience in trades such as landscaping, concreting or tiling is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals. Reliability is a must. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and work in outdoor environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. White card is required. Working with Children Check must be obtained within the first 2 weeks of employment. Driving Licence (MR or HR Truck Licence will be an advantage).
