No prior refrigeration experience is required—we are ready to invest in training the right person who is eager to learn. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting qualified technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Learning how to read blueprints, pipework, wiring, and system diagnostics. Handling tools, managing equipment, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. Providing excellent, polite service to our residential and commercial clients. What We’re Looking For A Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and genuinely interested in learning the trade. Hands-on Attitude: Physically fit and comfortable working in various environments (residential, commercial, rooftops, etc.). Driver’s License: A valid manual or automatic driver’s license (and reliable transport to get to work/meet-up points) is highly preferred.
