Qualified winemaking degree Previous winemaking experience of 5 years or more; A valid driver’s license and Australian HR forklift license; Must have the right to work in Australia. Previous EZY-wine experience advantageous. Maintain good housekeeping practices, cleaning and other duties as required Play an active role in the Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Sustainability and Food Safety compliance. A good work ethic and attitude, and sense of humour; Physically fit to suit the demanding nature of winery work; • General cellar task including additions and transfers • Clarification including Centrifuge and Cross flow filtration operations • Entering and working in confined spaces • Working at heights which includes regular access to and climbing of stairs and catwalks • Chemical handling • Sound literacy, computing and organisational skills • Vintage requires a commitment to working weekends and public holidays Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
