Job Description Epworth HealthCare (Epworth) seeks casual Personal Care Associate's to join our high performing and highly valued Central Resource Unit (CRU). The CRU provides a flexible workforce to support Epworth clinical units, giving you the opportunity to implement your skills and knowledge while working with clinical nursing staff across a variety of sites and clinical settings within Epworth Health. We are seeking candidates who can work across Epworth sites at Richmond, East Melbourne, Box Hill, Hawthorn, and Camberwell and across a variety of shift times including days, nights and weekends, sometimes with short notice. Possess a strong understanding and background of patient-centred care Have the ability to maintain a high level of communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
