Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across guestrooms and hotel facilities • Manage swimming pool operations including chemistry readings and filter backwashing • Handle electrical tasks including light bulb replacement and Vingcard/Elsafe lock programming • Complete daily and scheduled room inspection checklists • Assist with water treatment chemical monitoring and dosage • Clean and maintain plant rooms to a high standard • Isolate and de-isolate smoke detectors as required • Perform painting and minor finishing tasks • Log and action all work orders through the TRITON works management system • Support the team with any additional maintenance duties as directed
