Position Description Lead shifts across bar, bistro, gaming, and function operations Support and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver excellent guest experiences Maintain venue presentation and operational standards throughout service Assist with daily cash handling, reporting, and shift procedures Support compliance across RSA, RCG, WHS, and licensing requirements Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Assist with staff training, team engagement, and shift coordination Position Requirements Previous experience as a Duty Manager or senior hospitality supervisor Strong knowledge of food, beverage, gaming, and venue operations Strong understanding of compliance and venue procedures Proven experience leading and managing teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment Demonstrated people management capability across small to medium-sized teams Strong ability to set clear expectations and maintain accountability in line with senior leadership direction Confidence in conducting performance conversations, coaching, and constructive feedback discussions Experience leading pre-service briefings, shift communication, and post-service debriefs Excellent communication, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills Current RSA and RCG certifications are essential Availability to work rotating weekends, evenings, and public holidays Salary & Benefits $83K super salary package Paid public holidays worked!
