About The Role: The Learning Intervention Teacher will support students with diverse learning needs working collaboratively with classroom teachers, families and wellbeing teams. Responsibilities include delivering targeted intervention, conducting diagnostic assessments and case management. Key responsibilities include: Providing targeted support and co-ordinate a range of case management processes Manage the NCCD Funding Requirements and Compliance Delivering evidence-based interventions in literacy, numeracy, and learning development Collaborating with teachers and implementing evidence based intervention Working with families, allied health professionals, and support staff Supporting a consistent, whole-school approach to learning diversity About You: VIT registered teacher (or eligible) Masters in Learning Intervention preferable (or working towards) Experience in Learning Support or Inclusive Education Open to working in a supportive environment Strong understanding of neurodiversity and personalised learning approaches Confident collaborating with teachers, families, and allied health professionals If you are committed to professional development and inclusive education, this opportunity is offering full-time, ongoing stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
