OUR TEAM’S STRENGTH COMES FROM EVERYONE’S INDIVIDUALITY What you’ll bring: You’re a commercially sharp, relationship-led senior professional who knows how to grow accounts, lead teams, and get things done. You’re just as comfortable in a strategic account planning session as you are on a call with a client who needs a trusted voice. You bring: Significant experience in senior client management, account direction, or client partner roles, ideally within B2B software, SaaS, or technology-enabled services A proven track record of retaining and growing Enterprise accounts against revenue targets Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team Deep knowledge of workforce compliance, HCM software, or adjacent HR technology solutions Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Miller Heiman or equivalent) and the discipline to apply them consistently A data-driven mindset, comfortable using Salesforce, reporting dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to make better decisions and manage your team more effectively Genuine curiosity about how technology (including AI) can improve client outcomes and team ways of working, without any expectation of being a technical expert Demonstrated experience working within or alongside compliance, workforce screening, background verification, or regulatory technology environments. You understand the stakes involved when organisations are making trust-critical decisions about their people, and you know how to speak the language of risk, obligation, and assurance with clients H uman resource , recruitment, or workplace safety experience is a bonus DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT About the role: This is a senior commercial leadership role with real scope and real impact. You’ll manage a portfolio of Kinatico’s Enterprise clients, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction, while leading a team of Client Executives and owning the processes and rhythm that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also play a meaningful role in how Kinatico evolves. You’ll be the voice of the customer in product conversations, the bridge between clients and internal teams, and a champion for modern, technology-enabled ways of working. AI tools and intelligent insights will be part of how you work, not a stretch goal, just how things get done. What you’ll be doing: Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, driving retention, expansion, and outstanding client satisfaction Build trusted, senior-level relationships across your clients’ organisations and act as a genuine strategic advisor Lead, coach, and develop your team of Client Executives to achieve individual and collective performance goals Establish and maintain team operating cadences (pipeline reviews, account planning, performance check-ins) so everyone knows where they stand and what’s next Define and continuously improve the team’s account management processes, building playbooks and frameworks that scale best practice Use AI-assisted tools and CRM data to strengthen account strategies, improve forecasting, and move from instinct-led to insight-led decisions Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape solutions that genuinely meet customer needs Present and demonstrate Kinatico’s solutions, translating complex compliance capabilities into clear, compelling business value Contribute to roadmap discussions and ensure the voice of your clients is heard in product prioritisation Represent Kinatico at industry events and contribute to the organisation’s growth story ARE YOU READY TO BE A KINATICAN?
