job details HR Manager | Full-Time Permanant Opportunity Clayton, VIC HR Manager opportunity within a well-established service and operations business. This role is based primarily on-site in Clayton, with hybrid work from home flexibility available for discussion. You’ll be responsible for leading the full HR function across a workforce spread across multiple states, partnering closely with operational leaders to keep things running smoothly from both a people and performance perspective. Travel will be minimal and only required occasionally. The role covers end-to-end HR including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce development.
