About the Role: Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team in Perth’s South Metropolitan region, including Cockburn and surrounding suburbs. In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community. We currently have a permanent part time role available working the Cockburn and surround areas. The successful candidate must be available for shifts between Monday-Friday 0700-1700. Please note: In order to be successful for this position you must live within a 15-minute drive of Cockburn. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support Assist customers with activities of daily living Support customers with medication administration (training provided) Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support Provide social support, including transport to appointments or shopping Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans Key Requirements: Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (essential) Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care Dementia care experience Current First Aid Certificate What’s on Offer: $35.45 – $36.81 per hour 12% superannuation 20% casual loading for casual roles Salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free Health insurance discounts with HBF and Medibank Access to Juniperks – staff recognition and retail discounts Employee Assistance Program with confidential counselling support How to apply: If you are passionate about delivering person-centred care and have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
