About the role Ivanhoe Cycles is seeking an experienced E-Bike Specialist/Mechanic (Automotive Electrician) to join our team in Heidelberg Heights VIC 3081. This full-time role will involve servicing and repairing electric bicycles, as well as providing expertise and excellent customer service to our customers. What you'll be doing Diagnose and repair a wide range of electric bicycles, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on e-bikes, including adjusting brakes, gears, and suspension Ensure the workshop is well-organised and maintained to a high standard Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest e-bike technologies and repair techniques What we're looking for A relevant AQF Certificate IV or a relevant Certificate III plus two years on the job training experience Extensive experience servicing and repairing electric bicycles, including troubleshooting electrical systems Strong technical knowledge of e-bike components and their maintenance requirements A passion for cycling and a keen interest in the latest e-bike technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment What we offer At Ivanhoe Cycles, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
