Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking a wide range of menu items to the highest standards Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Ensuring all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies Providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of our patrons Requirements: Commercial cookery qualification desirable Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen. Demonstrate competent ability to lead a section of the kitchen independently. Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
