Based in our Perth office, you will join a high-performing Project Management team where you can leverage your current experience while continuing to develop professionally under the guidance of a supportive and experienced leader. This role is ideal for an Assistant Project Manager ready to accelerate their career, working across a variety of projects in a collaborative and driven environment. What You’ll be Doing Involvement in all phases project lifecycle, including design, construction and commissioning of building and construction projects, to agreed cost, time and quality targets. Preparing and monitoring forecasts, initiate corrective action where required Providing reports that are concise including PCG, financial and programming Managing project documentation including online systems Administering or overseeing the administration of consultant and construction contracts Managing the handover of the works including defect rectification processes Arranging and conducting meetings as required What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in a property or a construction related discipline Previous experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator Experience providing project administration and coordination support across multiple projects Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills; written, listening and verbal Be well presented and have a positive attitude Why Savills is a Great Place to Work At Savills, we believe in helping people thrive through places and spaces, and that starts with our own team.
