The Opportunity: This is a hands-on entry-level role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales. You’ll split your time between the warehouse and internal sales, learning the products, customers and day-to-day branch operations from the ground up. Over time, there is a genuine opportunity to move into external sales and manage your own customer relationships out on the road. What You’ll Be Doing: Warehouse Operations: Pick and prepare orders, operate a forklift to load and unload stock, and keep the warehouse running smoothly day to day Counter Sales: Serve customers at the counter and over the phone Customer Enquiries: Assist trade customers with product enquiries, pricing and order processing Sales Support: Prepare quotes, process orders and follow-up to help convert opportunities into sales About You You don’t need industry experience, but if you’ve worked in wholesale, trade supplies or trade retail before, that would be a bonus. What matters most is having the right attitude and willingness to learn.
