MPS Facilities combine inpatient care, emergency services, primary health, and residential aged care in one location (generally with 20-50 beds total). MPS Facilities serve rural and remote communities that cannot support independent hospital and aged care services. What skill-set is needed to work in a MPS as a Registered Nurse? ✓ 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in Acute or Emergency Care ✓ Advanced Life Support (ALS) ✓ Resuscitation & Triage (ETEK) experience/qualifications ✓ Ability to Team Lead or manage a small unit ✓ Clinicians who thrive in new environments and can adapt quickly ✓ Flexibility to move across specialities (Acute/ED/Aged) as needed • MPS/Rural Healthcare Experience (Desirable) • Advanced Paediatric Life Support (Desirable) Why choose Healthcare Australia?
