Northway Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Office Manager to lead and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the business. This senior role is critical to ensuring efficient coordination of office resources, staff, and systems within a fast-paced logistics environment. Salary: $141,200 – $141,500 per annum Superannuation Location: Truganina VIC 3029 Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and review office administrative systems, procedures, and service standards Set operational priorities and ensure efficient delivery of office services across the business Allocate and manage office resources, including staff, equipment, and workspace Assign duties to administrative staff and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met Manage office records, financial documentation, and administrative accounts Liaise with managers, professionals, and external stakeholders to coordinate operations and resolve issues Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are effectively maintained Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies Ensure all administrative operations comply with relevant government legislation and regulatory requirements Coordinate personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, supervision, and performance management Requirements: AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field Relevant experience in office management Proven experience managing administrative operations in a logistics, transport, or similar environment Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities How to Apply Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter outlining their experience and suitability for the role.
