We aren't just looking for someone who can follow a recipe; we’re looking for a Weekend Chef who understands that a perfectly poached egg or a beautifully presented roast is an act of care. In this role, you’ll take the lead in our kitchen during the weekends, ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality, and delicious meals in a warm, community-focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the Kitchen: Managing the meal service for lunch, and dinner. Catering to Everyone: Preparing standard menus alongside specialized textures and dietary requirements with dignity and care . Quality Control: Ensuring every plate that leaves the pass meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation. Compliance: Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety records. Teamwork: Working alongside a small, dedicated team to create a calm, efficient service.
