Serving modern greek cuisine, in a relaxed fine dining setting. You will be working along side our head chef, offering exceptional mentorship, in a professional hospitality environment. Roles available Sous chef Chef de partie About the role Our hours of operation are Wednesday to Sunday, lunch & dinner. You will be assigned a full time roster of 40 hours per week. Working as a sous chef, underneath the head chef. Grill, larder and running pass during service. Skill requirement Diploma in kitchen management with one year's experience OR 3 year's experience as a qualified chef About Ela Serving modern greek cuisine, to the highest quality. We are an 80 seat venue, located on the surf Coast Victoria. We're passionate about using seasonal and local produce. We're passionate about developing our staff and watching them grow.
