Job description Construction Superintendent - Underground Benefits Major Ventilation & Cooling project 12-month min contract 8/6 FIFO Roster Longer term opportunities Duties and Responsibilities Manage construction schedule and daily work sequencing Lead on-site construction activities Oversee contractors and subcontractors, performance management Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to maintain construction schedule Lead HSE compliance across all camp construction activities Monitor construction progress, identify risks, implement strategies to maintain project delivery Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement and project teams Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, including client, operations and site-based teams Key Skills & Experience Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualification. Section 26 (essential) Strong underground mining project experience (essential) Technical understanding across civil, structural, mechanical services and electrical/utilities Experience supervising large, multi-contractor workforces (200 personnel) Understanding of budget control, progress tracking, variations, and productivity monitoring Highly effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills About Our Client Global mining company, delivering long-life, high value gold assets responsibly across multiple regions including operations in Australia.
