We're currently on the lookout to help them find find a Retail Sales Consultant to join their team in Osborne Park. About the Role This is a showroom-based consultative sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers; face-to-face walk-ins, phone calls or online enquiries. Managing customer enquiries across in-person, phone, and email Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs Guiding customers through the buying journey and closing sales Following up leads and maximising every opportunity Keeping the showroom looking sharp and inviting Working closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience What We’re Looking For Experience in retail, sales or customer service Personable with a true passion for customer service Confidence in building rapport and closing sales Clear and friendly communication skills; both verbal and written Great attention to detail, time management and follow-through Adaptable with a proactive, “get things done” mindset What’s in It for You?
