Job Description Manage end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing files with minimal supervision. Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Conduct title searches and property enquiries to assist with due diligence. Oversee settlement processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate file management and documentation throughout the conveyancing process. Provide support to solicitors and other team members as needed. Support file progression with a strong focus on billable work and revenue generation The Successful Applicant At least 5 years proven experience in managing residential and commercial conveyancing files independently. Strong knowledge of Queensland property law and conveyancing practices. Advanced working knowledge of PEXA Excellent communication and client management skills. High attention to detail and organisational abilities. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
