The Role: The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial assets in and around Brisbane Metro. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants Lease administration including rent reviews Negotiation and lease renewals Rent collection, managing arrears and outgoings Property inspections and preparation of condition reports Overseeing facilities management Budgeting and reporting Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3 years of residential or commercial property management experience and: Excellent communications Strong stakeholder management skills A strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and car (travel required - primarily within Brisbane Metro.
