Golding are currently recruiting for a Mining Production Supervisor to join our team and drive safety and production. Your Role & Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Golding Safety and Health Management Systems. Supervise and mentor a 50~ person crew, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and performance. Plan and coordinate daily tasks, reinforcing key priorities in pre-start meetings. Provide technical guidance on truck and excavator operations to enhance team capabilities. Oversee task execution to ensure alignment with operational goals. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Pre-Strip Production Supervisor role in a Open Cut mining environment Working knowledge of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and associated regulations and how they pertain to individual and supervisor obligations Operating skills on a wide range of Mining equipment Current Mining Supervisor G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) and G2 Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical Current open drivers licence Current First Aid Certificate What’s on Offer: 7/7 rotating day/night shift, providing a great work-life balance 6 weeks of annual leave!
