Working closely with senior lawyers in a high performing legal team, as well as other key stakeholders across the business, this role represents an exciting opportunity to support major corporate transactions, provide commercially focused legal advice, draft and negotiate a variety of complex contracts, and ongoing corporate governance in a highly regulated, cross-border environment. Ideally, you will offer at least 5 years’ corporate/M&A and/or capital markets experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house environment. Prior experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research and development, or clinical research organisations will be viewed favourably. The role suits a self-starter who can deliver workable solutions within a fast moving, complex and diverse environment.
