We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit top talent and transform the way we resource our Digital and Technology function. You will: Partner closely with business leaders to deliver talent when they need it. Drive change and establish systems, processes, and technologies to: Plan and forecast Pipeline talent Resource projects Manage internal movements. You will balance hands-on recruitment, strategy, and workforce planning, ensuring the business can onboard high-quality capable talent when they need it. You will also lead, coach, and develop a junior recruiter. Engage leaders to understand the issues, forecast hiring needs, and develop hiring strategies. Streamline recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire. Build and manage talent pipelines. Work with peers to develop new practices to enable internal mobility and project resourcing. Lead, coach, and develop your team. Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer brand in a competitive talent market. Use data and insights to manage recruitment capacity, demand, and performance. Support strategic projects including talent pooling and workforce planning. Skills & Experience Hands-on recruitment experience in Tech recruitment. Leading and mentoring recruiters. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities. Strong stakeholder engagement and influence. A recruiter who brings energy, pace, and accountability to hiring outcomes. Tech experience within insurance, financial services or service organisations would be highly valued.
