Landscaping Leading Hand Immediate Start | Monday Friday We are currently seeking an experienced Landscaping Leading Hand to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can lead crews, manage projects onsite, and deliver high-quality landscaping work across a range of projects. You will be responsible for guiding small teams, ensuring jobs run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. About the Role Monday to Friday work schedule Lead and supervise landscaping crews on active projects Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule Work across hardscape, softscape, horticulture, and maintenance projects Maintain strong safety and quality standards onsite Liaise with supervisors and clients when required Key Responsibilities Leading and motivating a small team of landscapers Managing day-to-day site operations Reading plans and executing landscaping projects accordingly Installing hardscape elements (paving, retaining walls, edging etc.) Completing softscape works including planting, turfing, and garden establishment Assisting with horticultural work and landscape maintenance Ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are used efficiently About You Proven experience in landscaping with team leadership experience Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction Good understanding of plants, horticulture, and landscape maintenance Ability to read plans and manage projects on site Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable with a strong work ethic Tickets & Requirements Driver's Licence (essential) White Card What's On Offer Stable MondayFriday work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to lead projects and grow within the business Work with a supportive and professional team
