What your day actually looks like Protected admin/PD time with 45-minute therapy sessions additional built-in 30minute buffer time Protected admin/documentation time Dedicated time blocks to complete Functional Capacity Assessments and any non-billable tasks No long travel appointments- clinic based with the possibility of local community/school/home visits Admin team handles enquiries, bookings & billing You leave on time *Work from home opportunities as required. If your day is based on online training, report writing etc then this can be discussed. You’ll spend your energy doing therapy, not recovering from it. The work You will support children with: Emotional regulation Executive functioning Sensory processing differences Motor development School participation & daily living skills You’ll collaborate with families, teachers and our multidisciplinary team to create meaningful goals - not just complete reports. About the team We are a supportive multidisciplinary clinic that values reflective practice, supervision and sustainable workloads. This role suits an OT who enjoys paediatrics but wants to stay in the profession long-term without burnout. The ideal candidate will have a wide scope of expertise to work with children but also adults in the community if required.
