The Role As Head Chef, you will lead kitchen operations across multiple outlets, setting the standard for food quality, consistency, and service in a fast ‑ paced environment. You will lead from the front, inspire positivity across front ‑ and back ‑ of ‑ house teams, and work closely with management to deliver menus that appeal to a broad customer base. This role offers the opportunity to showcase creativity, introduce variety through multiple cuisines, and contribute to the continued growth of the venue's brand and reputation. Skills & Attributes Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef, or 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef, for candidates transitioning to Head Chef Strong communication skills suited to a busy, multi ‑ outlet environment. Experience with diverse cuisines and menu styles is highly regarded. Ability to manage rostering, ordering, prep levels, and kitchen compliance.
