Skills & Attributes Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality or quick service operations. Strong financial acumen, including labour, food cost, inventory, and P&L management. Sound understanding of health, safety, food safety, and workplace compliance requirements. Experience with rostering, labour scheduling, and performance planning.
